Helium Stick – Teamwork, Communication & Leadership Challenge
Helium Stick transforms a seemingly simple task into a surprisingly challenging team-building experience. Participants must work together to lower a 2.5-meter metal stick from its starting position to the ground while using only their two index fingers and maintaining continuous contact with the stick.
The challenge requires participants to move as one coordinated team, communicate clearly, follow instructions, control their movements, and develop a shared strategy.
Ideal for training workshops, leadership programs, communication exercises, corporate team-building sessions, schools, universities, youth programs, and group development activities.

Place the Helium Stick horizontally across the participants’ index fingers.
Ensure everyone remains in continuous contact with the stick.
Participants may support the stick using their index fingers only.
Work together to slowly lower the stick toward the ground.
Keep the stick as horizontal and controlled as possible throughout the challenge.
If any participant loses contact with the stick, the trainer may require the team to restart or return to the previous position.
